He believed that the traditional methods of engineering were time-consuming and inefficient and wanted to create a solution that would simplify the process and enable engineers to focus on more creative tasks.
He has extensive experience in the engineering & construction industry, having worked on numerous complex projects throughout his career. He saw firsthand the challenges that engineers faced, and knew that there was a better approach.
Marhinus set out to build software that would streamline the engineering process from concept to production. He called it ParaMatic Developments, a name which reflects his vision of a fully automated engineering system.

Our Senior Systems Design Engineer completed his B.Eng (Mech) degree with specialization in design optimization. He has vast expertise in C# programming language, as well Python. With 5 years of experience in the Engineering Industry, his natural ability to solve problems and find solutions in new or specialized environments has added immeasurable value to the company.
Our Full Stack Developer has over 5 years’ experience developing web and mobile applications. Apart from his knowledge, skills and tool sets in Advanced Mathematics, he is proficient in at least 9 programming languages, including C++, C#, Java-script, HTML, PHP, CSS, Dart, Flutter and more. He is skillful in applying his knowledge across multiple platforms, assisting with the creation and maintenance of company systems.
Our Junior Systems Design Engineer is a qualified BEng Mechanical engineer, who specialized in Mechatronics. He considers himself a jack of all trades, having exposed himself to several facets of engineering, ranging from electronics, 3D printing / design, UAVs, vehicle restoration, manufacturing and design of Material Handling Equipment. He believes that if you can think it, you can build it and he will find a way to do it.
Our Finance Manager is a qualified Technical Financial Accountant, and has completed courses in HR and Labour Law. Her passion for improving and simplifying processes has been advantageous in the company’s goal to automate systems, not just as a service provider, but also internally.
Our Marketer completed her Honours in Bcom Marketing Management. With her passion for marketing and dedication to innovation, she would like to make significant contributions to the growth and success of ParaMatic.
